Katy Perry once sang "this is the part of me that you're never gonna ever take away from me, no!" Well, apparently, her lyrics don't apply to real estate.
The pop star just listed the Hollywood Hills home she was supposed to live in with Russell Brand. Unfortunately, the couple split before they moved in (with Katy getting the house in the divorce) and now she's unloading it.
The 8,835 square-foot mansion, dubbed Park Hill, boasts 7 bedrooms and 11 baths. There's a two-story grand entry, a two-story living room, and two guests houses. The lagoon-style pool features a waterfall and lush landscape.
The home's ornate style doesn't strike us as Katy's taste (Christina Aguilera's pink palace seemed like it would be a better fit). Apparently, she never even lived in it.
The asking price? A whopping $6.925 million. Hopefully Katy will be able to seal this deal, unlike her marriage!
