Lindsay Lohan just left Cliffside rehab center in Malibu after a court-ordered stay -- looking much happier and healthier leaving (right) she did before going in (left).
Friends have noticed a difference too, with one source telling TMZ ""It's like invasion of the body snatchers. She's a different person."
Lohan is planning to move to NYC now that she's done with rehab and will be seen guest hosting "Chelsea Lately" next Monday.
The 27-year-old checked into Betty Ford on May 2, but transferred to Cliffside midway through her stay.
