If this weekend's Primetime Emmys attendees are dressed as beautifully as the Creative Arts' ones, it's going to be a red carpet to remember.
On Saturday, the first of the 2013 Emmy Awards were handed out, but of course, all eyes were on the fashions. They were simply stunning.
"Smash's" Katharine McPhee looked ethereal in a Georges Hobeika gown. Ear cuffs added an edge to her lovely look. Dueling reality TV hosts Cat Deeley and Heidi Klum wowed. The "So You Think You Can Dance" host wore a Badgley Mishka gown with a sexy thigh-high slit. "The Project Runway" judge stunned in a strapless Roland Mouret dress with a black banded waist.
Heidi and her "Project Runway" colleague Tim Gunn ended up winning the Outstanding Reality Host for a Reality or Reality Competition program. After seven nominations, Hollywood legend Bob Newhart picked up the Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for "The Big Bang Theory." Melissa Leo took the Oustanding Guest Actress award for "Louie."
In the dramatic category, Carrie Preston was named Outstanding Guest Actress for her turn on "The Good Wife" while Dan Bucatinsky was honored for "Scandal."
