Demi Lovato had some tough decisions to make last night on "The X Factor"!
In a new format of the show, the judges must choose four finalists from their assigned group to continue to the live performances ... but can swap out any of their four winners until the very last performance.

The 13-year-old suffers from a disorder that affects her hands. She's also partially blind in one eye. While Paige has one of the most inspirational stories on the show, her voice definitely gives her the "X Factor."

Lovato decided to swap out fan favorite Ashly Williams, who nailed Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" in the first round of auditions.
