Bigger is better for Courtney Stodden -- and she just visited the plastic surgeon again to enhance a new body part.
The reality-TV star, who went under the knife earlier this year to get a pair of DD implants, visited "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star/Adrienne Maloof's ex-husband Dr. Paul Nassif earlier this week for another procedure.
So, what'd she do now?

Yep, the 19-year-old got a new, plumped up pair of lips! She later showed them off in the pic above (right).
They don't actually look that much bigger to us. Glad to see she didn't plump her pout as much as her chest.
Nassif famously worked on fellow "Real Housewives" star Taylor Armstrong's face back in Season One -- giving her Radiesse injections for her hollow temples. She previously had her lips done by another doctor.
Paul is currently working on his own plastic surgery reality show for E!. Think Courtney will make an appearance once it hits the air?
