Paula Abdul's been getting in touch with her spirituality ... and the gym!
The former "American Idol" judge recently traveled to Israel where she's been soaking up the sun and tapping into her religious roots.
The 51-year-old showed off her beach bod while she visited the Dead Sea on Friday -- and we gotta say, she looks absolutely amazing!
Paula's not only taking in the sights -- the singer's also planning to hold a belated Bat Mitzvah ceremony while she's there!
"Beyond being Jewish, I've always found myself to be very much in tune with spirituality," Abdul told The Associated Press. "I feel very grateful coming to Israel now, where as a woman I know who I am a lot more than even 10 years ago."
It definitely seems like this is an important trip for the pop star. She also visited Israel's Holocaust museum on Sunday.
"Visiting @YadVashem - The Holocaust Museum - was moving...truly unforgettable. We will never forget and we must educate!," she tweeted.
