Video: Sacha Baron Cohen "Kills" Old Lady at Britannia Awards

It's not often an awards show includes an on-stage killing.

On Sunday night, the BBC aired the Britannia Awards -- which included the staged (but shocking) death of an 87-year-old former child star.

And, of course, it was all masterminded by Sacha Baron Cohen.

The actor was the recipient of the Charlie Chaplin Britannia for Excellence in Comedy, where he was given one of the silent film star's canes by "the oldest surviving actor to have worked with Chaplin."

Let's just say it didn't go well for old lady -- watch the video above.

The audience was shocked, until Baron started his acceptance speech, which clearly gave away his ruse.

"Grace Cullington is the oldest, no, sorry, was the oldest surviving [Chaplin co-star],” Baron Cohen said. "I dedicate my award to her. This is obviously a tragedy. She has upstaged me. But on the bright side, what a great way to go, giving an award to me. Thus, she’ll probably make the Oscars In Memoriam segment."

What do you think of Sacha's latest stunt? Sound off below!
