Renee Zellweger hit the red carpet for the first time in four months for a good cause!
The actress looked stunning on Tuesday at the event for "A Starry Evening of Music, Comedy & Surprises," presented by UCSF Medical Center and The Painted Turtle, a camp for children with life threatening and chronic illnesses.
The 44-year-old rocked a classic black dress and matching peep-toe heels, pulling her hair back into a messy up 'do.
The blonde beauty posed for photos with Kathy Griffin and record producer Lou Adler. Other stars in attendance included Annette Bening, Josh Groban and "Glee" actress Amber Riley.
So, what's next for Renee?
She's rumored to be starring in the upcoming flick, "The Whole Truth" and is set to reprise her role as Bridget Jones in a third movie.
