Shakira Flaunts Killer Post-Baby Body, Spills Workout Secrets

Shakira is one hot mama!

The "Hips Don't Lie" singer is gracing the cover of the April issue of Women's Health, where she's revealing how she maintains her enviable body.

"I try to eat healthy and I try to exercise. Not only going to the gym, because sometimes I do get tired of working out, the gym, the treadmill, the stuff that all women dread," she tells the mag. "So I recently decided to just do sports, because they’re so much fun and they accomplish the same purpose, which is ultimately to keep you fit. So I planned a whole daily routine of roller skating, playing basketball, and playing tennis, and swimming."

And when she's not playing sports, the 37-year-old stays fit by making fresh green juices for energy and avoiding bread and pasta when possible.

"I think it's also important to keep a balance because you can't deny yourself of all the pleasurable things that exist," she explains. So what's her guilty pleasure? "Chocolate." 

So, what does the Colombian beauty think of her "sexy" persona? "I laugh because I don't see myself that way at all. But I know some people do!" 

Yep, we do!
