Pamela Anderson's embracing her new short 'do!
The former "Baywatch" star opens up about chopping off her blonde locks in the April issue of Elle magazine.
"At first I thought I looked like Anderson Cooper or like a Q-tip or something," the 46-year-old explains.
"But now I feel really powerful. I have a friend who is an awesome, studly man, and he goes, 'You know, some women cut their hair and it makes them look even more masculine, but you look even more feminine.'"
But getting used to her short hair took some time ... and even affected other areas of her personal life. "I thought it would be weird having sex with short hair, but then I kind of got into the mode," she confesses.
It seems like Pamela is finally in a happy place -- the actress rekindled her relationship with ex-husband Rick Salomon and the twosome tied the knot for the second time earlier this year!
Anderson also reveals that she's happy to leave her rock star past behind her. "The rock-star thing became very destructive, like, wow," Pamela says about past relationships with Motley Crue's Tommy Lee and singer Kid Rock.
"I didn't know what I was doing. I just kind of became that thing. The hair, that rock-star kind of lifestyle, just living a dream. It kind of took over. It started out very innocent, and then I turned into a cartoon character," she confesses. "And I started to feel like a cartoon character."
And when asked about her infamous sex tape with Tommy -- which was stolen from their home in 1995 -- the blonde beauty says she doesn't understand the hype around it.
"I don't know if [my kids have] seen it, but they know about it. They know about everything. Stupid Internet. I don't know why everyone is so impressed with it," she tells the mag.
Well, it sounds like the former Playboy model is really in a great place these days -- what do you think about Pam's candid comments?
