Candice Swanepoel Reveals Secrets Behind Her Bikini Body: "Squats Are Key!"

Candice Swanepoel is spilling her secrets to looking like an Angel!

The stunning supermodel shared her fitness and beauty tips with Vogue UK, admitting that she has to work for that hot bikini body.

"Squats are the key! It's definitely squats! They work for me," she tells the mag. "If I've been on holiday and I feel like I haven't done enough, even 10 make me feel better. You know what's good - if you squat and when you come back up, you squeeze really hard. That works."

And when it comes to beauty, the Victoria's Secret model says wearing sunscreen is the key to keeping her skin in tip-top condition.

"Sun protection is really important for me," the blonde bombshell explains. "My face really burns and it's not cute! My facialist gives me a really strong sunscreen, and I wear that every day, whether it's sunny or not."

The 25-year-old also cites Bio Oil as a beauty bag essential and explains that she slathers it on after she's taken a dip in the ocean.

When it comes to makeup, Candice prefers a fresh-faced look and only uses mascara and a pop of blush when she's not in front of the camera.
