The fashionista hosted a party for Cadillac and Refinery29 at HYDE Sunset: Kitchen + Cocktails on Thursday night, showing up with one wild hair 'do. With her half-buzzed purple hair swept to one side, Osbourne decided to rock a ton of mini-braids on the red carpet ... braids she decorated with safety pins.
"Obsessed with my hair tonight," she tweeted about her look.
Kelly also sported gold safety pins for earrings. Here's the view of her 'do from the back:

Regardless of what you think of her hair, we have to say Osbourne's makeup was on point. We're loving the bold cat eye and light pink lips, which she matched with her eyeshadow.
