Maria Menounos has been rocking some barely-there bikinis quite a bit lately -- but these might be her hottest photos yet!

The host and reality TV star was spotted posing for a sexy photo shoot in Bora Bora at the St. Regis Hotel over the weekend. Sporting a red and white two-piece, the 36-year-old flaunted her rock hard abs and enviable beach booty in the photos.

In one, Maria gives her best over-the-shoulder smolder (above), while putting her tight tummy on display in the other (below).

Menounos recently came out with her first book, "The Everygirl’s Guide to Diet and Fitness," where she opened up about her non-traditional workout routine.

"I don't have an official routine. Though I wish I did, I don't go to the gym often," she tells toofab's Rachel Hoffman. "Generally speaking, I find creative ways to squeeze in exercises during my daily living routine and I stay as active as I possibly can. I walk instead of drive. I opt for stairs instead of escalators. I also have an inexpensive pedometer that measures my daily steps. I strive to do 10,000 a day and whether I accomplish that or not, it’s a reminder to try."

She makes looking good sound so easy, but is there anything that she struggles with?

"If I were to take my jeans off right now, you would see pre-cellulite," she told Health magazine. "It doesn’t look that good, but I’m OK with that. We’re all human. If I want to get rid of it, I know what I have to do."

And for those tempting guilty pleasures?

"I have so many. Potato skins, pizza, ice cream and beer. I just do my best to moderate my intake and balance my portions. Sometimes I do better than others. When I overindulge I just clean my diet up the next few days to balance it off."

No strict diet and pizza is still allowed? Where do we sign up?! See more celeb beach bods in the video below!
