He was a popular BOP and Tiger Beat cover boy back in the day, but these days Andrew Keegan is making headlines for a very different reason.

According to a new profile from Vice, the former "10 Things I Hate About You" star has started his own religion. Yep, you read that correctly.

Vice describes his Full Circle group as a "temple and spiritual movement" with its home base in Venice Beach, California.

With healing crystals, self-help speeches and "desert-inspired 'Lord of the Rings' costumes," the whole organization has a very new age vibe.

"Synchronicity. Time. That's what it's all about," Keegan, now 35, tells Vice about the church's name. "Whatever, the past, some other time. It's a circle; in the center is now. That's what it's about."

"I very much speak what comes through [while] in the collective. We create a resonance of balance and equality of the crew," he continues. "When you feel those chakras aligned, there's guided messaging coming in. If there is something of spiritual ego within that, it must not exist."

The organization's official website says they're "dedicated to supporting individuals in our community to follow their passions with a broader social understanding ... we provide an experiential environment designed to creatively expand consciousness through visual and performing arts, movement classes, workshops, forums and healing therapies."

Check out the full interview at Vice ... it's definitely an interesting read.
