Kate Hudson is setting the record straight about her weight.
The blonde beauty is gracing the latest cover of Red, where she's opening up about the importance of promoting body confidence.
"If there is one thing I will never have, it is an eating disorder," the 35-year-old actress tells the mag. "I won't have girls -- even if it is just one or two who care -- thinking that. Because it is a serious sickness, not something to plaster on the cover of a magazine. And I am the opposite."
She also talks about putting on 70 pounds during her first pregnancy and how women can feel more comfortable with how they look.
"I want girls to love themselves. I want them to feel good about who they are…The thing is, I'm lucky because I was loved," she reveals. "But I have seen so many young women who can't feel good about themselves because they just don't have…that love."
The mother-of-two later opens up about her wedding plans with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy -- and reveals why they're in no rush to say "I do."
"I'm not in a rush. We are basically married. It's really about when are we going to take the time to plan a wedding," she says, noting that she wears her engagement ring every so often due to its size.
"[I'm not wearing my engagement ring] because it can be…a little much. I like to wear my push gift [another ring] for pushing out Bing."
Gotta love Kate's honesty!
