Heidi Montag's new bod just made its red carpet debut.
It's been almost a year since the former "Hills" star went back under the knife to get a breast reduction, going from size F to D boobs ... and last night, she finally went public with her latest physique (left).
Sporting a black leather skirt, sheer black top and animal print heels, Heidi looked better than ever and more like her old self at Life & Style's 10 year anniversary party.
Just look at that side-by-side above, the pic on the right was from 2013 -- what a difference, right?
Montag's reduction followed her body overhaul back in 2009, when she famously got 10 plastic surgery procedures in one sitting, including a boob job, nose job, brow lift, chin reduction and neck lipo. She even had her ears pinned back.
No stranger to looking a little different, the reality TV star also sounded off on Renee Zellweger's new face -- and other unrecognizable stars -- in an interview with EXTRA.
"For me, when I see people who look totally different, I have empathy. I feel I know why I did it, and it kind of brings it back to that time in my life," she says. "I feel for them, I hope it's the right decision for them and they feel good about it. That's the most important thing, but at the same time my heart goes out to them... it's a hard, life-changing decision… obviously they're unhappy with something. I hope they found their happiness."
