Heidi Montag picked out a Halloween costume that actually covers up that body she paid oh-so-much for. What's going on here?!?
The reality TV star and hubby Spencer Pratt stepped out in their shockingly conservative costumes for a photo-op with their dogs this weekend in Los Angeles, where they were spotted in matching ninja outfits.
The couple's four pooches, Dolly, Ninja, Kasal and Rainbow, were also stuck to the martial arts theme as they were dressed as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
So cute, right?!
As we first pointed out last week, Montag is looked better and more natural than ever these days ... five years after her full-body makeover. Her face really seems to have settled in after getting a nose job, brow lift, chin reduction and neck lipo back in 2009.
During the same infamous plastic surgery sitting she also got a boob job and had her ears pinned back. She later got a breast reduction in 2013, going from an F to a D.
Montag debuted her reduced chest on the red carpet last week (after a bikini photo earlier this year). That's the latest version of Heidi on the left below.
