Sherri Shepherd is finally ready to talk about leaving "The View."
The former daytime TV host will appear on Wednesday's "The Steve Harvey Show," where she opens up about her life since saying goodbye to the ABC talk show, reveals if she still watches and explains her current relationship with cohost Whoopi Goldberg.
"It was hard leaving 'The View,'" Shepherd explains to Steve in the sneak peek. "I was with 'The View' for seven years! God said it was time to go. If you don't go when God says go, you're going to be in a lot of trouble if you stay."
It doesn't sound like there's any bad blood between Sherri and her former costars, either -- and Shepherd still considers Whoopi a sister to this day!
"Whoopi bought me clothes when I didn't have any money and first started 'The View'," she confesses. "Whoopi is the same woman you see on TV who will open her heart up to you."
We think it's great that the ladies are still on good terms -- but what does she think of the new panel? See if she still watches in the video above.
