It's a bird ... it's a plane ... no, it's the man who took Loni Love's virginity?
Former "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" star Dean Cain appears on "The Real" this Friday -- where one of the cohosts jokes that Brooke Shields wasn't the only one who was deflowered by the '90s hunk.
"I wanna share a little secret," the comedian says ... before Dean tells the women "She said, 'You don't take my virginity, I give it to you.'"
"You gave it to me, in the telephone booth, with the cape on," Loni added.

In Brooke Shields' new book, the actress gets extremely candid about losing her virginity to Dean -- revealing that the experience wasn't what either star expected.
"Afterwards I got so overwhelmed that I jumped out of my bed. I actually kind of tumbled off it and started running," she writes. "I was buck naked streaking down a hallway and running like I had just stolen someone's wallet."
"Dean leapt up and ran after me with the comforter in his arms. He hugged me tight and asked me where I was going. I was afraid I was leaving my mother," she explains in the book.
