For her entrance to the Paris Fashion Week show for Balenciaga, KStew was decked out head to toe in the fashion house's creations -- which included a yellow leather jacket, floral print pants and a pair of low boots.
Her best accessory: That smile.
And she's got a good reason for that grin -- it's been reported that she's been spending a lot of time with Robert Pattinson again, following her cheating scandal with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders.
